    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization apparatus for granting evaluation on appropriateness of electron radiation even when a complicated object such as a container including a wall with an undercut should be sterilized.SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises: an electric charge carrier generator; acceleration means which is positioned within a housing and accelerates an electric charge carrier; and an outlet window for putting the electric charge carrier out of the housing; and a sensor unit 20 for acquiring at least one measurement peculiar for the electric charge carrier put out of the outlet window. The sensor unit 20 includes a first sensor device and a second sensor device. The first sensor device is disposed with respect to the outlet window in such a manner that an electric charge carrier passing in a first predetermined direction from the outlet window to the first sensor device is detected. The second sensor device is disposed with respect to the outlet window in such a manner that an electric charge carrier passing in a second predetermined direction from the outlet window to the second sensor device is detected. The sensor devices detect the measurement peculiar for the electric charge carrier put out of the outlet window independently of each other.
