      SOLUTION: The three-dimensionally moldable natural wood veneer is composed of the filling thermoplastic films 2a and 2b welded to both upper and rear surfaces of natural wood veneer 1 and the stretchable films 3a and 3b bonded to both surfaces of the filling thermoplastic films 2a and 2b under heating and pressure and its manufacturing method are provided as fundamental means. Concretely, the ducts and woody parts of wood are filled and impregnated by melting the filling thermoplastic films 2a and 2b and the stretchable films 3a and 3b are bonded to both sides of the filling thermoplastic films 2a and 2b under heating and pressure without being embrittled.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize uniform compounding to a wood continuous in fiber direction by a method wherein a porous body is charged in a pressure vessel so as to pour and impregnate a single solution, the pH and concentration of which are prepared, and then pour a gas and perform the deposition reaction of an inorganic substance by operating the pressure and temperature of the vessel.
      SOLUTION: First of all, a porous body, to which a compounding is executed, is charged in a pressure vessel such as an autoclave or the like and then enclosed so as to evacuate the pressure vessel with a vacuum pump at the step 101. After the interior of the pressure vessel reaches a certain fixed degree of vacuum, a solution, the pH and temperature of which are controlled in advance, is poured through a valve provided in the pressure vessel so as to infiltrate in the porous body at the step 102. After the pressure within the pressure vessel is raised to the atmospheric pressure, carbon dioxide gas is forced through the valve so as to keep it at a certain pressure for a certain period of time at the step 103. After that, by heating for outside, the temperature within the pressure vessel is raised so as to accelerate the deposition reaction of an inorganic material within the porous body at the step 104. By the above manner, the carbonate of alkaline earth metals can be deposited through the combination of the alkaline earth metals and carbonate ions in the solution.
