Then, the cylinder is formed by the liquid 7 by rotation of the shaft 5 by rotation of the shaft 2 and the detector 10 is faced the inside peripheral surface 8 of the cylinder and clearance G between the detector 10 and the inside peripheral surface 8 is measured to detect rotating accuracy of the shaft 2.

    • PURPOSE: To enhance the efficiency of work, by providing a copper-coated laminated board of prescribed size with reference holes for processing in a posterior process, through holes and/or element mounting holes, and cutting off the board to desired dimensions.
      CONSTITUTION: An upper and a lower plates are overlaid on the top and bottom of a copper-coated laminated board of prescribed size. A plurality of reference holes 4 for a posterior process and a large number of holes 6 for a printed circuit board 5 are provided in the overlaid assembly of the board 1 and the upper and the lower plates by a drilling machine. The laminated board provided with the holes is cut off to a size required for the posterior process. Since the copper board 1 of prescribed size is provided with the holes, the efficiency processing per unit space is greatly enhanced.
