    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen permeable membrane module which dispenses with a metallic support indispensable in the conventional technology, and has simple structure and easy handleability of a hydrogen permeable foil membrane serving as a hydrogen permeable membrane. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the hydrogen permeable membrane module dispensing with the metallic support, wherein reinforcing members formed by laminating one or more finely porous metallic sheets are disposed on both sides of a refined hydrogen collection member formed by laminating one or more metallic sheets having vertically penetrated spaces. The metallic sheets of different kinds of metal materials are alternately disposed, joined together at once, and the hydrogen permeable membrane is joined to the surface of the upper and lower reinforcing members.
