摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform gas meter replacing work even during the absence of family members, by mounting a bag to a shutter apparatus capable of opening and closing the hole corresponding to a meter testing port and inserting a no-blow tool in the bag to perform the replacement of a gas meter. CONSTITUTION:At first, a shutter apparatus 4 is mounted to the meter testing port 2 of a gas pipe (b) in such a state that an opening and closing plate 6 is closed and, next, the opening and closing late 16 is opened to detach the plug X of the test port 2. Next, a bag 12 is mounted to the shutter apparatus 4 to take out the plug X into the bag 12 and the side of the stopper 16 of a no-blow tool is inserted in a gas pipe (b) through the hole of the shutter apparatus 4 and the testing port 2 and, subsequently, the stopper 16 is expanded while gas is made to flow in the gas pipe (b) from a nozzle pipe 15 to stop the gas flowing through a gas meter and an original stopper is closed to detach the gas meter to perform the replacement or repairing of the gas meter. Therefore, the gas meter is again mounted to open the original stopper and the gas is made to flow to the side of the gas meter and air purge is performed through the air purge cock 9 of the shutter apparatus 4.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a gas meter exchanging work even while a user is away from home, by a method wherein an airtight bag is mounted to a meter test port, a plug closed in the bag is loosened and removed and then, the test port is opened. CONSTITUTION:While a purge cock 4 is mounted, an airtight bag 3 housing a non-blow tool therewithin is fastened and mounted to a meter test port 2 utilizing a band 5. Then, a plug 6 with the meter test port 2 closed within the airtight bag 3 is loosened and removed and then, the meter test port 2 is opened. While the tip of a gas nozzle 7 is inserted into the meter test port 2 from within the airtight bag 3, the gas-flowing indoors is stopped with a gas stopper 8 mounted at the tip of the nozzle 7 and at the same time, the gas bypassed through a cylinder or the incoming side piping (a) of a gas meter from the nozzle 7 is made to jet into the gas meter outgoing side piping (b) to continue the supply of gas indoors and then, the gas main cock 1 is closed. Then, the gas meter 10 is removed from the piping to be replaced with a new one, and is then mounted to the piping again.

CONSTITUTION:A gas meter connecting unit is provided between a gas meter 6 and gas inlet and outlet pipes 3 and 14 when the gas meter piping is provided. An appropriate metal box 1 is provided with meter inlet port and outlet port connecting parts 7 and 13, an inlet port cock 11, a test port 16, gas inlet side and outlet side connecting parts 4 and 15 and the like. The test port 16 is appropriately provided in a gas flow path (b) between the meter output port connecting part 13 of an outlet side chamber B and the gas outlet side connecting part 15. In this constitution, a worker can perform working safely and quickly without any relation to a user any time.

摘要： PURPOSE:To keep aloof from electrical wiring and perform actuation without fail, by connecting a plunger, a yoke, a permanent and high magnetic permeability ferrite in series, and making the yoke attract and hold the plunger. CONSTITUTION:Usually, there is formed with a magnetic circuit 7 consisting of a yoke 4, a permanent magnet 5, high permeability ferrite 6 and a plunger 3, and the plunger 3 is attracted to the yoke 4 against an operating spring 9, pressing a cutoff valve 2 and opening a gas flow passage 1. When a fire occurs and temperature of the ferrite 6 exceeds a Curie point, attraction of the yoke 4 goes down because magnetic resistance of the magnetic circuit 7 comes high, whereby resiliency of the operating spring 9 overcomes the resiliency of the yoke 4, pulling up the plunger 3. With this constitution, the cutoff valve 2 is pushed up, thereby interrupting the gas flow passage 1.
