摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the growth of bacteria, fungi or the like by forming an antibacterial zeolite-containing layer on the inner and/or outer surface of a tube. CONSTITUTION:The content in zeolite of antibacterial metal or ammonium ions is appropriately controlled by adjusting the ion (salt) concentration in a mixed aqueous solution. Any coating layer is applicable for use on a tubular container with no restriction, insofar as an antibacterial zeolite is uniformly dispersed in various organic high-molecular compounds. Concerning the method of forming an antibacterial zeolite-containing coating layer 1 on the inner surface 2 and/or the outer surface 3 of the tube, it is not specifically designated but the conventional method such as simultaneous extrusion multilayer blow molding is employed. In this example, a polyethylene resin is mixed with a high-molecular compound containing 1-5% antibacterial zeolite in an amount of 50% to form the coating layer 1 having a thickness of 5-50mum.

摘要： A metal container (10) which has a coating film applied to the inner surface thereof and has a portion adjacent to an opening thereof having been subjected to a plastic working of high degree after the application of the coating, wherein the coating film comprises a first layer (12) which is applied to the portion to be subjected to a plastic working of high degree and exhibits high endurance to the working and a second layer (13) which is applied to the whole inner surface including the first layer (12) and exhibits high resistance to corrosion. Preferably, the first layer (12) comprises a coating material of an epoxy-phenol resin having a phenol component in a minor amount and containing no pigment and the second layer (13) comprises a coating material of an epoxy-phenol resin having a phenol component in a major amount and containing a pigment. The metal container (10) has an inner coating film exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance and the improved endurance to post-working leading to significant reduction of fine cracks and exfoliations.

The first layer 12 is made of phenolic epoxy resin coatings containing little phenol component and no pigment, and the second layer 13 is made of phenolic epoxy resin coatings containing much phenolic component and pigment.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the internal surface of a metal tube from being corroded, and easily discharge a gas generated from a content to the outside by a method wherein on the internal surface of the metal tube in the vicinity of the bottom part, a sealing compound for the doubly seamed part is lined, or a sealing film is bonded. SOLUTION: On the internal surface alone of a bottom part 3, a lining treatment with a sealing compound 4 is applied, and the bottom part 3 is doubly seamed. For the raw material, a polyethylene based elastomer, etc., are generally known. Instead, when a sealing film is bonded, for the film, polyolefin based film is suitable, and other synthetic resin films being excellent in gas permeability can be used. On the internal surface of a metal tube main body 1, a polyamide-imide resin is applied. By this method, the main body is prevented from being corroded by a content of which the major component is hydrogen peroxide, and also, oxygen which generates by decomposing the content can be efficiently discharged to the outside from the doubly seamed part 3.
