摘要： PURPOSE:To add up and joint slurry feed and discharge pipelines in automatic mode. CONSTITUTION:A joint FJ on a cutting face side is removed while the Joint FJ and a front-side pipe FP is held with a chassis 1. The chassis 1 is moved forward where a new pipe joint adding up clearance is installed. A new pipe NP is brought into the clearance. Then, a new pipe joint is installed between the newly installed pipe line and the tip of the pipe on the rear side of the joint FJ on the cutting face side. The pipe NP on the front side of the joint FJ on the cutting face side is adapted to slide backward, thereby joining the pipe on the front side of the joint FJ on the cutting face side with the newly installed pipe NP and the pipe on the rear side of the joint on the cutting face side respectively. At the same time, the joint on the cutting face side and a new joint are inserted into either the pipe on the front side of the joints on the cutting face side or the newly installed pipe and the pipe on the rear side of the joint on the cutting face side. The joint on the cutting face side and a new joint are adapted to slide to a pipe joint position and then clamped.

摘要： PURPOSE:To automatically carry out extension joining work by providing a receiving roller group on a car body, a crane on a ceiling portion of the car body, a front side sludge delivery pipe sliding device and a front side coupler connection and disconnection device on the front side of the car body and a rear side coupler connection device and a rear end support roller on the rear side of the car body. CONSTITUTION:A front side coupler FJ is removed by a front side coupler connection and disconnection device 40 by way of suspending gigging in case of extending a newly set pipe NP. A missing part of a sludge delivery pipe P is formed between a divided front side sludge delivery pipe part FP and a divided rear side sludge delivery pipe part BP by advancing the divided front side sludge delivery pipe part FP from the front side coupler FJ of a sludge delivery pipe P while contracting an expansion pipe and drawing out the divided rear side sludge delivery pipe part BP to the rear side apparently. Thereafter, the newly set pipe is taken in by a carry-in carriage by a crane 10 provided on a ceiling portion of a car body 1, and the newly set pipe NP is placed on a group of receiving rollers 2, 2, 2... existing on the missing part the sludge delivery pipe P. Thereafter, a new rear side coupler BJ is positioned in a clearance between the newly set pipe NP and the divided rear side sludge delivery pipe part BP by a rear side coupler connection device 50. Newly set pipe joining and extension are carried out by joining the newly set pipe NP by retreating the divided front side sludge delivery pipe part FP and fastening the front side coupler FJ and the rear side coupler BJ.
