    • PURPOSE:To prevent the unnecessary stopping of a boiler plant by providing a control circuit which prevents transient water supply interruption in the feed water of a boiler where bias signal is added to water feed signal at the time such as load shut-down of the plant. CONSTITUTION:Under the normal state of operation the control signal alpha1 which is calculated by a feed water flow rate control device 5 is transmitted to electric/ hydraulic converter 7 and the flow rate of the feed water is controlled by changing the lift of a LP governor valve 3. Namely, in this case, alpha1=alpha2 and a change-over relay T1 is closed but a change-over relay T2 is closed during normal operation so that alpha3=0. If in this state load shut-down occurs, the relay T1 is open, and the relay T2 is closed. Namely signals before the load shut-down are stored in memory by an analog signal storage device 8, and they are compared with a set value Y% by a subtractor 9, and output alpha4 (=Y-alpha1) of the subtractor 9 passes through the relay T2 which is closed as soon as the load is shut down and is transmitted to an adder 6, and the input alpha2 of the electric/hydraulic converter 7 becomes alpha2=alpha1+Y-alpha1=Y, and it is forcibly brought to a signal by which a HP governor 4 begins to open at the same time as the load shut-down.

    • PURPOSE:To use a read value of a plant input value by rounding it, to use a PI controller with tracking (TPI) in case when there are variations in the read value, and to set to a tracking mode when a set value approaches a measured value. CONSTITUTION:A water level signal A of a drum is inputted as a process signal to each computer CPTR, a value of A is rounded at one position, and is read to operators 1-1, 2-1 and 3-1 by values of A1, A2 and A3, respectively. The structure of each CPTR is the same, therefore, when tracking as to the first CPTR, a drum level set value C set by the signal generator 1-2 is inputted to the substracter 1-1, a deviation value C-A1 against A1 is derived, and its deviation value is inputted to a TPI1-3 and a high and low monitor HIM1-4. By the HIM1-4, an allowable error of the deviation value is inspected, in accordance with which Z=0 or Z=1 is outputted to the TPI1-3. In the TPI1-3, operation of proportional integration is executed in accordance with the deviation value, and this value Y1 is outputted, but in case of Z=1, a value X of the valve opening is inputted to the TPI1-3.

The controller 4 contains a digital computer, and a program for so distributing fuel supply amounts to boilers as to maximize the total steam generation amount of the boilers Nos. 1 - 3 to input signals indicating the supply amounts of the fuels A - C is associated in advance. The supply amounts of the fuels measured by the detectors 1 - 3 are input to the program, and the flow rates of the fuels A - C to be fed to the boilers are calculated. The fuels A - C of the boilers Nos. 1 - 3 are so controlled by flow rate control valves 5 - 13 that the real flow amounts become equal to calculated values by the controller 4.

    • PURPOSE:To control a blending factor extending over a wide range, by directly comparing the output pressure of the respective discharge pumps. CONSTITUTION:Discharge pressure F of a pump 1 and discharge pressure E of a pump 2 are compared by a subtracter H, a pressure control valve 7 is operated by a controller I so that its difference is gone, and the discharge pressure F of the pump 1 is made same as the discharge pressure E of the pump 2. Also, a bias G is used when a difference is given to input pressure of each pressure control valve of the pumps 1, 2, and in case when the valve lift is extremely biased, bias pressure is put to one valve so that it does not deviate from the working limit of a control valve.
