    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a software review organizer (creator) cannot secure quality in review implementation due to the mistiming of a procedure or the forgetfulness of the procedure. SOLUTION: The information of review participants and process date information are stored in a review plan DB 3 and updated (S1). Whether a review implementation procedure DB 4 is to be corrected or not is decided (S2), and in performing correction, the review implementation procedure DB 4 is corrected (S3). When the correction is not performed, a review program DB 5 is generated and updated by the review plan DB 3 and the review implementation procedure DB 4 (S4).
