摘要： There are disclosed a heat pump device and a drying machine using the device in which abnormal water supplying into a water-cooling heat exchanger for use in water-cooling of a heat pump can be easily detected without disposing any water amount gauge particularly. The heat pump device comprises: a water-cooling heat exchanger 13 for taking heat of a refrigerant which enters a capillary tube 10; a water amount adjusting valve 15 for adjusting the amount of cooling water to be supplied to the water-cooling heat exchanger 13; a temperature sensor 25, 26, or 27 for detecting temperature of the cooling water in the water-cooling heat exchanger 13 or temperature of the refrigerant passed through the water-cooling heat exchanger; and a control unit 20 for controlling the water amount adjusting valve 15, and the control unit judges abnormal water supplying into the water-cooling heat exchanger 13 in accordance with the controlling state of the water amount adjusting valve 15 and a change of the temperature detected by the temperature sensor under the controlling state.

In summary, a dry cleaner equipped with a heat pump device comprises a water-cooling heat exchanger which removes heat from a refrigerant entering a capillary tube; and a control device which variably controls a discharged heat amount in the water-cooling heat exchanger and capacity of the compressor, wherein the control device has at least two kinds of drying modes including a usual drying mode and a delicate drying mode, and in the delicate drying mode, a temperature of air discharged into a storage chamber is set lower than in the usual drying mode to control the capacity of the compressor and to increase the discharged heat amount in the water-cooling heat exchanger.

The method can include a step for detecting variations in genes that encode ABCG2 protein. When a subject has an SNP of V12M, R113X, Q126X, Q141K, F2085, G268R, E334X, S441N, L447V, S486N, F506SfsX4, R575X, and/or C608X, it can be concluded that the subject has a factor that is capable of inducing urate transport failure, or a state or disease attributable to that failure. When a subject has an SNP of V12M, it can be concluded that, unlike the other SNPs, there is a possibility that the subject does not possess such a factor because, although this variation itself does not lead to a change in urate transport capability, said variation is related to linkage disequilibrium with other SNPs.

摘要： It is intended to provide a transplantation material applicable to ocular surface diseases with a need for ectocornea transplantation (i.e., an ectocornea-like sheet). Oral mucosal epithelial cells are inoculated onto an amnion and then cultured in the coexistence of supporter cells. When a layered structure of the oral mucosal epithelial cells is formed, the outermost layer is brought into contact with air, thereby inducing differentiation. Thus, an ectocornea-like sheet having an oral mucosal epithelial cell layer on the amnion is obtained.
