摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid agitating apparatus for promoting reactions between a process liquid and a processed product by removing a sludge from a process liquid.SOLUTION: A liquid agitating apparatus comprises: a bath 2 containing a process liquid 3 for chemically treating (for example, a plating treatment, a chemical conversion treatment or an etching treatment) a processed product 12; a discharge nozzle 5 arranged below the processed product for discharging the process liquid 3 as a downward flow 6 in the bath 2; and a liquid flow reflecting plate 8 for reflecting the downward flow 6 discharged from the discharge nozzle 5 and converting it into an upward flow 7 toward the side of the processed product 12. The liquid flow reflecting plate 8 is provided with an opening for passing the process liquid 3, and the opening can be opened and closed.
