摘要： An information storage medium with stabilized inclusions comprised in an information layer and a method of stabilizing the inclusions in the information layer is disclosed. The information storage medium comprising a carrier substrate and a stack of layers supported by the carrier substrate, wherein at least one of the layers in the stack of layers is an information layer, the information layer being a layer comprising a GeSbSn- based phase-change composition, the phase-change composition further being capable of supporting at least a first and a second structural phase, and wherein a shape of an inclusion of the second phase in the first phase is stabilized in a cooling process by having an atomic percentage of Sn in the phase-change composition in the range of 10 to 20%. The information storage medium may be an optical storage medium where the stabilization is a phase stabilization so that inclusions of an amorphous phase in a crystalline phase remain in their intended form, i.e. remain in the amorphous phase in the region as intended from the write laser irradiation.

摘要： The invention relates to an electronic network comprising a row of two or more electronic components (121, 122, 123) each having an input terminal (131, 141) and an output terminal (132, 142). All input terminals are interconnected with a conductive input line (151), and all output terminals are interconnected with a conductive output line (152), the input and output lines having a uniform and substantially the same electrical resistance per unit length. The input line is arranged to allow electric charge to flow to each electronic component via the input terminal (131) of the first electronic component (121), and the output line is arranged to allow electric charge to flow away from each electronic component via the output terminal (142) of the last electronic component (123). The electronic network enables a uniform performance of the electronic components, particularly when the input and output lines have a relatively high electrical resistance. The electronic network is therefore particularly suitable for use in an electronic textile (100), wherein the input and output lines are electrically conductive yarns that are interwoven in a textile carrier (110) on which the electronic components are mounted.

摘要： The present invention relates to textiles for photonic and electronic applications, particularly to multilayer textiles made of electrically conductive yarns for driving electrical components such as light emitting diodes connected to the textile. The light emitting diodes may be arranged in the form of an array in order to realize a flexible and foldable display. In the textile according to the present invention, insulating weft yarns are interwoven in a multilayer wrap (105) such that the electrically warp yarns (111) are partially covered by the insulating weft yarns (141), thereby preventing from short-circuit between electrically conductive yarns of the textile.
