    • PURPOSE:To perform welding of the inside reinforcing plate of the box type structural materials of high quality with high accuracy by providing recessed notches having the depth corresponding to groove channels on two sides corresponding to flange plate sides and fitting patch on both sides of the four sides to form the groove channels. CONSTITUTION:Drilling is performed by using a drill, etc., respectively on the positions corresponding to the groove channels 6 of the two sides 2c and 2d corresponding to web plate 4a and 4b sides of the reinforcing plate 2 from a couple of upper and lower flange 3a and 3b sides and the groove channels 6 are communicated with the outside and electrodes are inserted therein and the right and left plates 4a and 4b and the two sides 2c and 2d of the reinforcing plate 2 are subjected to ESW welding, respectively. The box type structural materials are then rotated by 90 deg. and the one side web plate 4a is turned upward and drilling is performed on the positions corresponding to the groove channels 6 of the two sides 2a and 2b corresponding to the flange plate 3a and 3b sides of the reinforcing plate 2 of the surface and the groove channels 6 are communicated with the outside and the electrodes are inserted therein and the right and left flange plates 3a and 3b and the two sides 2a and 2b of the reinforcing plate 2 are subjected to ESW welding, respectively.

    • PURPOSE:To expand a working area and to improve productivity by maintaining a chair track of a closed loop in a trapezoid by four wheels and reversing a member which is carried in by adjusting an interval of the lower side wheels and adjusting the sag of the track by the normal rotation and the reverse rotation of the four wheels. CONSTITUTION:A closed-loop caterpillar 11 consisting of a chain is maintained in the trapezoid by the four wheels. The member 1 such as the long-size steel frame, etc., is carried from a chain conveyor 12 in the chain caterpillar 11 which is rotated normally. After the member 1 is taken in the sage 13 taking place on the chain caterpillar 11, the chain caterpillar 11 is stopped. At this time, the interval between the lower side two wheels is shortened. Next, the chain caterpillar 11 is rotated reversely and the member 1 is reversed in the sag 13.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a prompt correspondence to an arbitrary roof slope by the use of a support metal fitting including in integral relation a base frame secured to a main frame, skeleton frame for wall material, and skeleton arms for a roof member. SOLUTION: A skeleton frame 6 projecting to the side of a wall material 1 is joined to a base frame 5 being bent into an L-shape secured to a main frame 4 by bolts, and s skeleton arm 7 projecting to the side of a roof material 2 from the midpoint of the skeleton arm 6 is joined thereto in order to form a support metal fitting 3, thereby allowing rain gutter joint members 8, 9 for the wall material and roof material each comprising a Z-bar to be joined in a relative posture to distal ends of the arms 6, 7. Thus, the wall material 1 and roof material 2 can be supported in a mutual function separation manner respectively in use of the joint members comprising general lightweight bars, and by selecting one of the relative posture of the skeleton arms 6, 7 and attachment posture of the rain gutter joint members 8, 9 relative to the arms 6, 7, a prompt and proper correspondence can be done to various kinds of slopes of the roof material 2.
