    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scooter type vehicle capable of freely setting the capacity of a fuel filter without being restricted by the rocking of a unit swing type engine.SOLUTION: A fuel filter 52 is located aside a cylinder part 54 projected from a crank case 53 of a unit swing type engine 29, and arranged in a space surrounded by a main frame 21 and a rear frame 29 in a side view of a vehicle. Since the fuel filter is located aside the cylinder part and arranged in the space surrounded by the main frame 21 and the rear frame 29 in a side view of the vehicle, the capacity of the fuel filter can be freely set without being restricted by the rocking in the vertical direction of the unit swing type engine.

When executing the maintenance of the fuel filter, the seat and the maintenance lid in the storage box are opened, eliminating dismounting of the storage box at executing the maintenance of the fuel filter (as in the prior art), facilitating the maintenance work of the fuel filter.
