Based on the target discharge amount, the target opening of the gate is calculated at gate opening calculation part 7. Then gate 23 is operated via gate operation command part 8 and gate control unit 9. In such system of the fault detection, the output of gate opening meter 1 is sent to opening data comparison calculation part 3. And in case the opening deviation to the previous value exceeds continuously and twice the set value, alarm transmission device 11 displays the fault. At the same time, gate 23 is locked via gate control lock part 10.

CONSTITUTION:The raw material in a raw material tank 1 is taken out by means of driving a motor 106, a supplying feeder 102, and a measuring feeder 103. The taken out weight is allowed the measured quantity by a belt scale 104 belonging to a measuring feeder 103 and a belt velocity to be operated by an analogue operator 105, and is calculated by means of counting the transported weight on the counting feeder. A control objetive value operator 101 is effected by a monitor controller 200. A control set value set by the operator 101 (a ton per a taken out weight per Hr. T/H) is inputted into a PID operator along with a hold operating quantity 108b of a hold circuit 108 and an actual taken out quantity 105a obtained by an operator 105, and an operator 109 gives it as an operating quantity of a velocity controller 107 via the hold circuit 108.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent surely and beforehand the adverse influences for the equipment, by determining the bulk specific gravity of the raw material tank by detecting the feed rate, cutting-out rate and stock level of the raw material and by detecting the erroneous intake into the tank by means of the difference of this bulk specific density. CONSTITUTION:The raw material is fed to the raw material tank 1 with the feed conveyor 4 for the raw material. The feed rate of raw material at this period is measured with the detector 6 for the feed rate. Bisides, the raw material in the raw material tank 1 is cut out with the cutting-out conveyor 5 and the rate of cutting-out is measured with the detector 7. Further, the stock level of raw material in the raw material tank 1 is detected with the detector 8. By computing the bulk specific density of the raw material which has entered into the raw material tank from these detected values and the volume DELTAV of the raw material in the raw material tank which has changed during a definite period of time and by comparing this bulk specific density with the upper and lower limit values which have been set before hand, the alarm is issued in the abnormal case.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the freezing of the water gage in response to ambient temperatures by controlling the up and down movement, ON and OFF switching, and the illuminance of an infrared lamp in response to the values of a water level sensor and a thermometer. CONSTITUTION:The water gage is constituted by the infrared lamp 6 which is linked to a lamp driving device 2 and suspended in a water measuring tube 5 and a float 7 which is linked to the water level sensor 3 and suspended. An automatic gate control device 1 reads the data of the water level sensor 3, outputs a lamp lift up signal (c) and a lowering signal (d) to the lamp driving device 2, controls the up and down movement of the lamp 6 so as to obtain a constant height from the water level, reads the data of atmospheric thermometer 4, computes the temperature varying ratio, outputs a signal (a) for turning ON and OFF the lamp driving device 2, controls the ON and OFF switching of the lamp 6, outputs an illuminance switching signal to the lamp driving device 2 in response to the temperature data, and controls the illuminance of the lamp 6. In this constitution, the freezing of the water gage can be prevented based on the ambient temperatures.

    • PURPOSE:To attain the increase of display information quantity, prolongation of life of luminous body and the reduction of consuming electric power by a method wherein when the river condition changes, it is displayed by increasing brightness and after a certain time, the brightness is lowered. CONSTITUTION:The river is divided according to each water level observation section and a screen 6 to display the river state is installed, then, a projection is performed through luminous units each of which is composed of the red, green and blue of luminous bodies 7-9. A control system 11 is connected to the units 4. A certain unit 4 is specified by an address signal 13 from a river information processing system 10. And further, a drive signal 21 is outputted by means of data D4-D6 specifying colors and a signal 14 displaying brightness level L1-L3, thus, in accordance with the state, brightness display is performed. Combination of drive signals 21 allows the lunination of 7 colors and the brightness of 8 levels. The system 10 gradually lowers brightness after certain time. Therewith, in accordance with the change of state, various colors and brightness are displayed, thus, information quantity is increased and electric power consumption is reduced.
