    • 본발명은나노사이즈의비수분산수지의제조방법및 이를이용한도료조성물에관한것이다.본발명에따른비수분산수지는, 카프로락톤변성아크릴계모노머, 에틸렌성불포화기를 1개갖는아크릴계모노머및 에틸렌성불포화기를 2개이상갖는아크릴계모노머를개시제및 용매존재하에서용액중합법을통해서반응시켜합성된수지로서, 상기카프로락톤변성아크릴계모노머는, 전체모노머함량에대하여 30~99㏖%이고, 상기에틸렌성불포화기를 2개이상갖는아크릴계모노머는, 전체모노머함량에대하여 1~20㏖%이며, 상기수지입자의크기는 100㎚이하인것을특징으로한다.본발명에따른비수분산수지는도표에첨가될경우, 도료수지와양호한상용성을나타내면서점도를낮추어, 도료의 VOC를저감시킬뿐 아니라, 경화반응에참여하여도막의내스크래치성, 내산성, 내치핑성을개선할수 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A non-electrolyte nickel-phosphor coating for preventing the cutting plane of pre-coating steel sheet from corroding is provided to be quickly performed by the relatively simplifying treating process without affecting the appearance material property of pre-coating steel sheet, thereby increasing the abrasion resistance and the corrosion resistance by controlling the content of phosphor in coating solution. CONSTITUTION: A non-electrolyte nickel-phosphor coating for preventing the cutting plane of pre-coating steel sheet from corroding comprises the following step of coating a cutting plane of pre-coating steel sheet with coating solution that contains nickel-ion and hypophosphorous acid ion by a chemical treatment. The coating solution further includes a complexing agent. The coating solution further includes at least one among a pH-stabilizer, an accelerant, a stabilizer, and a conditioner.
