摘要： PURPOSE: A method for preparing dendritic cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells is provided to differentiate mononuclear cells to dentritic cells and enhance anti-tumor effect. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing dendritic cells comprises: a first step of separating mononuclear cells from pheripheral blood mononucleasr cells; a second step of coating a culture container with hydrogel; a third step of culturing immature dendritic cells in the culture container to differentiate the dendritic cells; and a fourth step of differentiating mature dendritic cells in the culture container. The separation of the first is performed through MACS or plastic adhesion.

摘要： 본 발명은 말초혈액에 존재하는 림프구를 분리하여 시험관내에서 증식, 활성화시키는 활성화 림프구의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따르면, 사람의 말초혈액 림프구를 항 CD3 항체, IFN-γ 및 IL-2가 있는 상태에서 배양함으로써 고효율의 독성세포를 대량 배양할 수 있다. 본 발명의 제조방법으로 증식된 활성화 림프구의 경우, LAK cell의 주성분인 CD3-CD56+(자연살상세포 표지자)세포와 CIK cell의 주성분인 CD3+CD56+세포를 모두 포함하며 대량 배양할 수 있기 때문에 LAK cell과 CIK cell 단독으로 사용했을 때보다 훨씬 높은 항암 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

摘要： A manufacturing method of activated lymphocytes is provided to produce a large quantity of CD56+ and NKG2D+ cells having high killing effects on tumor cells and virus-infected cells, so that the activated lymphocytes are useful for cellular immunotherapy. A manufacturing method of activated lymphocytes comprises the steps of: collecting and separating lymphocytes from the peripheral blood; culturing the separated lymphocytes in the presence of IL-2(interleukin-2), IFN-gamma(interferon-gamma) and anti-CD3 antibody to activate them; cryopreserving the activated lymphocytes including CD56+ and NKG2D+ for a certain time; and dissolving and restoring the cryopreserved lymphocytes. A cellular immunotherapy composition comprises the activated lymphocytes as effective ingredients.
