摘要： A method of manufacturing a hydrogen separation membrane with a carrier is characterized by including a first step of providing, between the hydrogen separation membrane and the carrier that supports the hydrogen separation membrane, a low-hardness metal membrane having a hardness that is lower than the hardness of the hydrogen separation membrane, and a second step of joining the hydrogen separation membrane, the low-hardness metal membrane, and the carrier by a cold joining method. In this case, it is possible to suppress the deformation of the hydrogen separation membrane, the low-hardness metal membrane, and the carrier and, as a result, it is possible to prevent damaging of the hydrogen separation membrane. The adhesion of the contact between the hydrogen separation membrane and the carrier is also improved. The result is that it is not necessary to increase the severity of the cold joining conditions.

The metallic sheet coated with the composite resin film is such that a resin film having three layers, an upper layer composed of a resin mainly containing polyester resin, an intermediate layer composed of a blended resin containing polyester resin and polycarbonate resin, and a lower layer mainly containing polyester resin, is laminated on a metallic sheet.

摘要： A thermoplastic resin-coated aluminum alloy plate having so high a processing adhesion that the laminated thermoplastic resin layer is not separated therefrom even when the plate is subjected to a severe forming process in which the plate is deep-drawn, stretched and then ironed. A process and an apparatus for producing the same are also disclosed. An aluminum alloy plate is treated with an alkali solution and an acid solution in order so as to put the surface of the plate in a special condition. The resultant plate is subjected to anodic electrolysis using a direct current in an acid solution containing one or more of inorganic acid, such as sulfuric acid and an organic acid, such as carboxylic acid or hydroxy carboxylic acid. Alternatively, the resultant plate is subjected to a treatment using hot water of above 60 DEG C, boiling water, or water vapor so as to form a uniform hydration oxide film of 2-10 nm in thickness. The alloy plate is coated with a thermoplastic resin. This enables the thermoplastic resin-coated aluminum alloy plate to have so high a processing adhesion that permits the plate to withstand a severe forming process.

摘要： A resin-coated metal plate having a high processing adhesion, a high corrosion resistance and a high impact resisting processability, a resin-coated metal plate capable of being manufactured continuously at a high speed, and free from the fluctuation of properties even when a feed rate of a metal plate is varied, and a method of and an apparatus for manufacturing such resin-coated metal plates are provided. A belt type metal plate fed continuously is heated, and resin films are laminated on both surfaces of the resultant metal plate by pressure-bonding the former to the latter by using a pair of laminating rolls. The moving direction of the resin-coated metal plate is then deflected by using a deflector roll provided so that the deflector roll can be moved in the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the metal plate, whereby a difference is generated between the time at which one surface of the resin-coated metal plate contacts the relative laminating roll and the time at which the other surface of the resin-coated metal plate contacts the relative laminating roll. Thus, the calorific values taken out from the two surfaces of the resin-coated metal plate due to the cooling effect produced when these surfaces contact the laminating rolls are rendered different, and the orientation of the laminated resin films is thereby controlled to a desired condition.
