摘要： The present invention provides methods for predicting response to a hormone-directed therapy or chemotherapy in a prostate cancer (PCa) patient comprising (a) performing a direct analysis comprising immunofluorescent staining and morphological characterization of nucleated cells in a blood sample obtained from the patient to identify and enumerate circulating tumor cells (CTC); (b) individually characterizing genotypic, morphometric and protein expression parameters to generate a profile for each of the CTCs, and (c) predicting response to hormone-directed therapy in the prostate cancer PCa patient based on said profile. In some embodiments, the methods comprise repeating steps (a) through (c) at one or more timepoints after initial diagnosis of prostate cancer to sequentially monitor said genotypic, morphometric and protein expression parameters.

It is mainly composed of a bottle body (1), bottom seat (2), nipple (3) and cover (4). The bottle body is bolted to the bottom seat, the upper end of the bottle is provided with a nipple, and the cover is bolted to the upper opening of the bottle body. At the central and lower parts of the bottle body is a groove (11) where there is a retaining bracket (6) in which a thermometer case can be installed. In the middle of the retaining bracket is a dovetail groove (61) to which the thermometer case (5) is stuck. In the thermometer case, there is a circuit board which is able to process and display temperatures. Between the bottle bottom and the bottom seat, a temperature probe is mounted, the lead of which connects the temperature probe to the circuit board.

摘要： Disclosed is a method of preparing low water-soluble medicine into solid nanometer pharmaceutical formulation. According to the characters of molecular aggregates such as supramolecular chemical micelles and vesicles, the formulation, which based on the hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin and phospholipid, is prepared under the condition of hyperthermia sterilization and decompression. Such nanometer formulation is sterile particle or powder with loose porosity. For directly intravenous use, the formulation has targeting activity, sustained release and long circulating characters. While as a solid oral product, it is fast-release, fast-effective, and improved bioavailability characters, and is readily melted in mouth. The formulation utilizes secure accessories, traditional equipments and methods, thus, it is suited to be used and manufactured widely. Also disclosed is intravenous formulation of anticancer paclitaxel, which characterized that there has no polyoxyethylenated castor oil in it. Such intravenous formulation is nonallergic so that it has higher security and efficiency compared to present commercially available paclitaxel formulations.

The invention also provides a sterile water-soluble complex of water-insoluble or sparingly-soluble organic medicines and beta-cyclodextrin derivatives. A fully-water-soluble complex can be prepared from any water-insoluble or sparingly-soluble organic medicines or other organic compounds according to the present invention. Thus, appreciably convenient means are provided for industrial uses of such organic medicine preparations and of other organic compounds.

摘要： A quick-release includes axle having a head and an outer threaded end formed to two ends thereof. The axle is threadedly connected to the chain stay of a bicycle. The axle includes a passage defined axially therethrough. A groove is formed radially through the head, and two recesses are respectively formed in two insides of the groove. A knob is fitted in the groove of the head. A rod is movably located in the passage and has an engaging end which is connected to the knob. A ball is formed to the rod. A non-circular hole is formed in the ball. When the rod is pulled and the ball is rotatably engaged with the two recesses, the rod is pivoted and partially engaged with the groove so as to rotate the axle to esparto the wheels from the chain stay.
