    • The present invention relates to a polypeptide which is specifically coupled to a phosphatidylserine and the use thereof, and more particularly: to a polypeptide which has an amino acid sequence represented by sequence number 1, and is specifically coupled to phosphatidylserine; to the phosphatidylserine detection use thereof; to a phosphatidylserine detection method using same; to the use thereof in dead cell detection; to the drug delivery use thereof; to the use thereof as a neoplastic disease treatment; to the neoplastic disease part imaging use thereof; and the like. The polypeptide of the present invention, having an amino acid sequence represented by sequence number 1, can be specifically coupled to a phosphatidylserine. Therefore, the polypeptide of the present invention is useful in detecting a phosphatidylserine, and further in detecting or imaging a dead cell which reveals phosphatidylserine on the surface of the cell, and a tumor cell.

    • The present invention relates to a peptide capable of specifically targeting apoptotic cells undergoing apoptosis and a use thereof. More particularly, it relates to a peptide having an amino acid sequence represented by anyone selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 1 to SEQ ID NO: 12 and targeting apoptotic cells, a composition for detection of apoptotic cells comprising the same as an effective ingredient, a composition for drug delivery comprising the same as an effective ingredient, a composition for imaging comprising the same as an effective ingredient and the like. The peptide of the present invention effectively detects apoptosis which is involved in tissues of neoplastic disease, myocardial infarction, stroke and arteriosclerosis. Accordingly, the peptide of the present invention may be used in imaging of diagnosis of the said diseases and reaction against a drug by binding imaging reagent and etc. as well as in protection and treatment for the said diseases by binding a treatment reagent and then delivering drug selectively.

    • The invention relates to a peptide which passes through a blood-brain barrier and targets apoptosis of degenerative brain disease sites and uses thereof, and more specifically, to a composition for delivering drugs to brain tissues comprising a peptide having an amino acid sequence as represented in SEQ ID NO:1 as an active ingredient, a composition for detecting apoptotic cells of neurodegenerative brain disease sites, and a composition for imaging the sites of neurodegenerative brain disease and said peptide and a composition combined therewith for preventing, treating or therapeutically diagnosing neurodegenerative brain diseases. The peptide having the amino acid sequence as represented by SEQ ID NO:1 of the present invention can pass through the blood-brain barrier and specifically bind to apoptotic cells in tissues of neurodegenerative brain diseases.
