In one embodiment, the first portion is an upper portion of the front surface of the mobile phone, and the third portion is a lower portion of the front surface thereof. In another embodiment, the first portion is a lower portion of the front surface of the mobile phone, and the third portion is an upper portion of the front surface thereof.

摘要： According to the present invention, methods and apparatus for updating reduction ratios are provided. An input bit sequence can be altered to provide modified output bit sequence. The input bit sequence may represent information in a portion of data such as a video sequence, a picture, or an audio stream. In one example, the bit sequence is an MPEG-2 video sequence. The input bit sequence is altered using a reduction ratio to provide a modified output bit sequence. The reduction ratio can be continually updated using rate control information to achieve a target reduction ratio for the input bit sequence.

The techniques allocate memory to include a plurality of block pools, where each block pool includes a set of blocks having a memory size common to the block pool. The number of block pools and common memory size for each may be determined according to the current transmission demands for the bit streams and channels being serviced. A processor for the network device then allocates data from multiple bit streams into a block in one of the block pools based on the memory requirements for the incoming data. The number of blocks may also be varied based on changing transmission demands.

摘要： Radioactive emissions by reason of primary-liquid-to-secondary-liquid leakage in the steam generator of pressurized water reactor power plants are reduced by a demineralizer in the discharge from the blowdown tank and also by transmitting blowdown venting vapor to the condenser. For major failures resulting in power blackout an auxiliary turbine is provided. This turbine is connected to be energized by vapor (steam) by-passed from the main steam line. The auxiliary turbine drives the pumps which pump the cooling water for the condenser. The steam which drives the auxiliary turbine is also discharged to the condenser. The condensed water flows back into the steam generators where it is discharged through the blowdown tank.
