摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve a problem: that when organic wastes are dehydrated, heating is required, and not only much fuel is required but the detoxification of the organic wastes costs highly for the burden of the fuel.
SOLUTION: An apparatus is constituted of carrying the organic wastes 1 of high moisture content to a reduced pressure dehydration device 2 to carry out the dehydration of the organic wastes B by a pressure reduction A. In this case, the organic wastes are generally heated for enhancing a dehydration efficiency and a boiler 5 is used for heating in a heater 4. Organic wastes 3 of low moisture content generated in the reduced pressure dehydration device 2 are used for the fuel of the boiler excluding a start-up operation, thereby the fuel cost of dehydration of organic wastes is reduced.

The edge 6B of an arm side of the shoulder dart comprises an upper portion 6C integrated with the filler cloth 4 for a plush part by sewing, and a plush structure portion 6D. The processed core is characterized in that the base core 2 is sewn with and joined to a chest padding 3 in the area of the neck side of the filler cloth 4 for the plush part, but the base core 2 is not joined to the chest padding 3 in the area of the arm side of the base core 2 from the plush structure portion 6D. The tailored type jacket is formed by using the above processed core for jacket and a surface cloth having a stretching rate of 10-30%.
