A forward bend curve design method for preparing a resin lens having a high refractive index. The method comprises: within the range of myopia diopters from -1.00 to -15.00, the maximum designed forward bend curve for the range from -1.00 to -3.50 is -4.00D; the maximum designed forward bend curve for the range from -3.75 to -5.50 is -3.00D; the maximum designed forward bend curve for the range from -5.75 to -8.75 is -2.00D; and the maximum designed forward bend curve for the range from -9.00 to -15.00 is -1.50D. The method is mainly applicable to resin lenses having refractive indexes of 1.60, 1.67 and 1.74, and the maximum designed forward bend curves of the resin lenses are limited, such that the geometric structure and performance of lens forming can be effectively solved, and the sphere diopter error and oblique astigmatism can be reduced to the maximum extent.
