Procédé de production d'un panneau structural raidi d'aéronef, comportant les étapes suivantes : - fabrication d'un voile (2) par mise en forme d'une tôle métallique; - fabrication d'un raidisseur (3) comportant un bord de fixation (7) et un bord de renfort (5); - mise en position du voile (2) et du raidisseur (3) dans un montage (13) de prise de pièce comportant une surface convexe de moulage (17) en vis-à-vis de lignes de jonction; - soudage par friction malaxage du voile (2) et du raidisseur (3), l'outil de soudage rotatif (11) pressant la matière malaxée contre les surfaces convexes de moulage (17) en formant deux joints congés reliant le voile (2) et le raidisseur (3).

A method for producing a stiffened structural aircraft panel, comprising the following steps: - manufacturing a web (2) by shaping a metal sheet; - manufacturing a stiffener (3) comprising an attachment edge (7) and a reinforcing edge (5); - positioning the web (2) and the stiffener (3) in a clamping fixture (13) comprising a convex moulding surface (17) opposite joining lines; - welding, by means of friction stir welding, the web (2) and the stiffener (3), the rotary welding tool (11) pressing the kneaded material against the convex moulding surfaces (17) to form two fillet joints connecting the web (2) and the stiffener (3).
