The invention relates to a device (10) for the automated distribution of a plurality of closure elements (20) which are arranged in a defined profile, said device extending longitudinally along an axis having a defined angle of inclination relative to a planar surface (30), said device comprising: - means (40) for receiving said closure elements (20); - storage means (50) able to accumulate a predetermined number of closure elements (20) originating from the receiving means (40); - transport means able to convey the closure elements (20) along the storage means (50) in a predetermined direction (Z); - means (70) for lining up the closure elements (20) originating from the storage means (50) such that the closure elements are arranged one after the other, and - guide means (60) able to transport the lined-up closure elements (20) towards means for transferring said closure elements (20), characterised in that the lining-up means (70) comprise means (73) for blowing air in a unidirectional manner.
