A remote counseling service provision method according to an embodiment of the present invention is a method by which a remote counseling application for a counselor, executed by at least one processor of a hospital terminal, provides a remote counseling service between a counselee and a counselor, and comprises the steps of: executing a remote counseling process while linked with the terminal of the counselee; acquiring biometric monitoring information about the counselee through the biosensor attached to a part of the counselee's body; and including the acquired biometric monitoring information to output a remote counseling screen according to the remote counseling process, wherein the step of outputting the remote counseling screen includes the steps of: outputting the counselee's image, which is an image acquired by photographing the counselee; outputting counseling content, which is digital content used in the remote counseling process; and outputting the biometric monitoring information.
