An electronic device may include: a first housing; a second housing having at least one shaft connected to the first housing, a first surface of the first housing and a second surface of the second housing being configured to face each other when the electronic device is a first state, and the first surface of the first housing and the second surface of the second housing being configured to face an identical direction when the electronic device is a second state; a first antenna disposed in the first housing; a second antenna disposed in the second housing; a wireless communication circuit electrically connected to the first antenna and the second antenna such that the first antenna and the second antenna operate as an in-phase antenna; a signal distribution circuit electrically connected to the wireless communication circuit; and a processor electrically connected to the first antenna, the second antenna, the wireless communication circuit, and the signal distribution circuit. The processor may be configured such that, in the first state, the wireless communication circuit transmits a transmission signal including a first transmission signal and a second transmission signal to the signal distribution circuit, the wireless communication circuit receives the first transmission signal and the second transmission signal from the signal distribution circuit, and the wireless communication circuit transmits the first transmission signal by using the first antenna and transmits the second transmission signal by using the second antenna.
