Provided is a glass-fiber-reinforced resin plate which has excellent dimensional stability, strength, surface smoothness and productivity even when the thickness is 0.5 mm or less. The present invention is a glass-fiber-reinforced resin plate which comprises glass fibers each having a flat cross-sectional shape, a shorter diameter DS falling within the range from 4.5 to 12.0 μm and a longer diameter DL falling within the range from 20.0 to 50.0 μm and an amorphous thermoplastic resin, and has a thickness of 0.5 mm or less, the glass-fiber-reinforced resin plate being characterized in that the number average fiber length L of the glass fibers falls within the range from 50 to 400 μm, the glass fiber content C falls within the range from 25.0 to 55.0% by mass, and the DS, the DL, the L and the C satisfy formula (1).
