The invention relates to a direct pivoting leaf actuator (100) for actuating a pivoting leaf of a door, said actuator comprising: a receiving box (10) for arrangement in or on a stationary part of the leaf installation or building comprising the leaf installation; and an output shaft (11) which interacts with an actuator unit (12), wherein it is possible for a pivoting leaf to be placed on the output shaft (11) in a torque-transmitting manner, and wherein a device (13) is provided for adjusting the spatial position of the output shaft (11) relative to the receiving box (10). According to the invention, the device (13) for adjusting the spatial position of the output shaft (11) is of modular design and is arranged in the receiving box (10) in a separable and/or detachable manner, wherein the device (13) has an interface via which the output shaft (11) can be brought into operative connection with the actuator unit (12) in a driving manner.
