The present invention relates to a cap for a diffuser of an air conditioning duct, wherein a cylindrical filter (75) is integrally embedded therein by a circular lower plate (71), a donut-shaped upper plate (72), an outer porous side plate (73), and an inner porous side plate (74) so that instant completion of an air filtering system can be achieved only by screw-coupling a long bolt (76) into a central screw hole (J1) of a support (J). Therefore, the present invention enables easy assembling and disassembling as well as promoting the speed of assembling and disassembling. Furthermore, since the cylindrical filter (75) is embedded inside and integrated with the circular lower plate (71), the donut-shaped upper plate (72), the outer porous side plate (73), and the inner porous side plate (74), the cap can completely prevent damage of the cylindrical filter (75) when the cap is stored or carried, and thus can guarantee the stability of products.
