증착 장치 시스템은 진공 챔버; 증착 원료가 수용되는 도가니와, 도가니를 가열하는 히터 유닛과, 증착 원료에서 증발된 증착 물질이 통과하는 노즐을 포함하며, 진공 챔버의 내부에 수용되는 증착 장치; 도가니 주변에 설치된 센서; 진공 챔버의 외부에 위치하는 카메라; 카메라와 노즐 사이에 배치된 뷰포트; 및 제어 장치를 포함한다. 제어 장치는 센서 및 카메라를 이용하여 클로깅을 감지한다.

A deposition apparatus system comprises: a vacuum chamber; a deposition apparatus accommodated in the vacuum chamber and including a crucible for accommodating a deposition raw material, a heater unit for heating the crucible, and a nozzle through which a deposition material evaporated from the deposition raw material passes; sensors installed around the crucible; a camera located outside the vacuum chamber; a viewport disposed between the camera and the nozzle; and a control device. The control device detects clogging by means of the sensors and the camera.
