This parallel link device comprises: a base part; three or more deploying parts which are provided to extend radially from the base part and can rotate around an end section that is connected to the base part and serves as a rotation axis; arm parts which are connected to end sections on a side opposite to the base part-connected end sections of the respective deploying parts, can rotate relative to the deploying parts, and can extend and contract in one direction independent of each other; and movable parts which are respectively connected to second ends on a side opposite to first ends connected to the deployment parts of the arm parts.
