본 발명은 열플라즈마를 효율적으로 이용할 수 있고, 처리가스의 열분해를 위한 반응시간을 확보할 수 있는 열플라즈마 처리장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 열플라즈마 처리장치는, 음극과 양극 사이에 아크가 발생되고, 상기 음극과 양극 사이에 아크에 의해 열 분해될 처리가스가 주입되는 토치부; 상기 음극과 양극에 연결되고, 상기 음극과 양극 사이에 고전압을 인가하는 전원공급부; 및 상기 토치부와 연통되고, 상기 토치부를 통과한 처리가스에 난류를 형성시키는 반응부;를 포함한다.
摘要（英）：
The present invention relates to a thermal plasma processing apparatus which can efficiently use thermal plasma and can secure a reaction time for pyrolysis of processing gas. A thermal plasma processing apparatus, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a torch part in which an arc is generated between a cathode and an anode, and a processing gas to be pyrolysed by the arc is injected between the cathode and the anode; a power supply part, connected to the cathode and the anode, for applying a high voltage between the cathode and the anode; and a reaction part which is in communication with the torch part and forms turbulence in the processing gas which has passed through the torch part.
