Es ist ein Verfahren zum Verpacken von Artikeln (2) offenbart. Hierbei werden Umverpackungen (3) über eine erste Fördereinrichtung (10) bewegt. Zeitlich hierauf folgend werden die Umverpackungen (3) über eine zweite Fördereinrichtung (20) bewegt, welche zweite Fördereinrichtung (20) sich neben der ersten Fördereinrichtung (10) befindet. Weiter werden Artikel (2) in eine jeweilige Umverpackung (3) eingesetzt, während sich die jeweilige Umverpackung (3) auf der ersten Fördereinrichtung (10) und/oder während sich die jeweilige Umverpackung (3) auf der zweiten Fördereinrichtung (20) befindet. Es ist vorgesehen, dass die Umverpackungen (3) auf der ersten Fördereinrichtung (10) von Formatteilen (5) entgegengenommen werden und zusammen mit ihrem jeweiligen Formatteil (5) auf die sich neben der ersten Fördereinrichtung (10) befindende zweite Fördereinrichtung (20) wechseln. Weiter ist vorgesehen, dass die bis dahin weiterhin auf den Formatteilen angeordneten Umverpackungen (3) zusammen mit den eingesetzten Artikeln (2) von den Formatteilen (5) abgenommen werden und die Formatteile (5) hierauf zur erneuten Entgegennahme von Umverpackungen (3) an die erste Fördereinrichtung (10) rückgeführt werden.

The invention relates to a method for packaging articles (2). According to the method, secondary packagings (3) are moved along a first conveying device (10). Subsequently, the secondary packagings (3) are moved along a second conveying device (20), which second conveying device (20) is located next to the first conveying device (10). Articles (2) are inserted into a respective secondary packaging (3) while the respective secondary packaging (3) is present on the first conveying device (10) and/or while the respective secondary packaging (3) is present on the second conveying device (20). According to the invention, the secondary packagings (3) on the first conveying device (10) are received by format parts (5) and are transferred together with their respective format part (5) to the second conveying device (20) located next to the first conveying device (10). The secondary packagings (3) which so far have been arranged on the format parts are removed from the format parts (5) together with the inserted articles (2) and the format parts (5) are then returned to the first conveying device (10) to again receive secondary packagings (3).
