経年劣化しにくく、制振される共振周波数が変化しにくいダイナミックダンパ機構を備えたステアリングホイールを提供する。 ステアリングホイールへのエアバッグ装置の取付構造は、該装置の固定プレート（２５）の開口部を貫通する筒状ガイド部材（５１）と、ロックばね（５３）と係止するフック（７０，８０）と、フックの基端部（７１）が先端部（７５）方向へと移動することを規制しながら上記基端部（７１）を保持し、ステアリングホイールの本体部（１１０）に固定される中空の保持部材（６７）と、リターンスプリング（６１）を備え、前記基端部（７１）は、凸球面形状の底面を有する。

Provided is a steering wheel provided with a dynamic damper mechanism which does not easily deteriorate over time, wherein a damped resonance frequency does not easily change. A mounting structure for mounting an airbag device to a steering wheel has: a tubular guide member (51) passing through an opening of a fixing plate (25) of the device; hooks (70, 80) engaging with a lock spring (53); a hollow holding member (67) that is fixed to a main body part (110) of the steering wheel and holds base end parts (71) of the hooks while restricting the movement of the base end parts (71) toward tip end parts (75); and a return spring (61), wherein the base end parts (71) have a bottom surface having a convex spherical shape.
