制御装置は、ガスタービンの目標出力と実際の出力との偏差に基づくフィードバック制御により燃料流量指令値を出力する通常制御と、フィードバック制御を行うことなくガスタービンの出力を所定の第１時間で所定の目標出力まで低下させる燃料流量指令値を出力する負荷降下制御との何れかを選択して実行し、負荷降下制御が選択された場合、負荷降下制御の実行と並行して、空燃比が所定範囲に収まるようにガスタービンの圧縮機に流入する空気流量を低下させる制御を行う。

This control device selects and implements either: a normal control for outputting a fuel flow rate command value by a feedback control based on a deviation between a target output and an actual output of a gas turbine; or a load reducing control for outputting, without performing the feedback control, a fuel flow rate command value for decreasing the output of the gas turbine to a predetermined target output within a predetermined first time. If the load reducing control has been selected, the control device performs a control, in parallel with the implementation of the load reducing control, to decrease the flow rate of air that flows into a compressor of the gas turbine so as to keep the air-fuel ratio in a predetermined range.
