The invention relates to a fuel delivery device (1) for a fuel injection device of an internal combustion engine, comprising at least one pump (10), wherein fuel is delivered to a high-pressure region from a storage container (12) by means of the at least one pump (10). The high-pressure region has a buffer tank (18) and a high-pressure accumulator (20), and a pressure regulator (19) is arranged between the buffer tank (18) and the high-pressure accumulator (20). A return tank (24) with a cooling device (40) is arranged in a return line (23) which connects the pressure regulator (19) to the storage container (12).
