摘要：
본 발명은 습도 영향성을 최소화 하는 가스 센서에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 기판, 상기 기판 상에 배치되고, 배선 전극, 히터 전극 및 가스 감지 물질을 구비하는 단위 센싱 유닛, 상기 기판 위에 형성되어 상기 단위 센싱 유닛을 에워싸는 측벽부 및 상기 단위 센싱 유닛의 상측에 배치되며 적어도 하나의 홀을 포함하는 덮개부를 구비하는 보호 캡 및 상기 단위 센싱 유닛과 상기 덮개부 사이에 배치되는 히터부를 포함하고, 상기 히터부는 상기 단위 센싱 유닛 주변의 습도를 낮추도록, 상기 히터 전극과 함께 발열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 센서를 제공한다.
摘要（英）：
The present invention relates to a gas sensor that minimizes the effects of humidity. Provided, in the present invention, is a gas sensor comprising: a substrate; a unit sensing unit disposed on the substrate and including a wiring electrode, a heater electrode, and a gas sensing material; a protective cap having a side wall part formed on the substrate and surrounding the unit sensing unit and a cover part disposed above the unit sensing unit and including at least one hole; and a heater unit disposed between the unit sensing unit and the cover unit, wherein the heater unit generates heat together with the heater electrode so as to lower humidity around the unit sensing unit.
