The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing abrasion-resistant vapor-permeable waterproof fabric having excellent dryness and design, to a vapor-permeable waterproof fabric and waterproof garments manufactured by the method, and to a method for manufacturing a seam-sealing tape for garment sewing. The method for manufacturing abrasion-resistant vapor-permeable waterproof fabric having excellent dryness and design according to the present invention comprises: applying a vapor-permeable waterproof coating onto a woven or knitted and subsequently dyed fabric; transfer-coating the vapor-permeable waterproof coated fabric, which is supplied in roll form, with glass pearl, heat-resistant solvent-resistant spherical polymer particles selected from cross-linked poly(methyl methacrylate) polymer particles and cross-linked polyurethane polymer particles, or a surface treatment agent resin composition or a mixture thereof, in a synchro-engraved cylinder uploading manner; and drying the transfer-coated fabric. Accordingly, the surface treatment agent resin composition may be effectively and firmly transferred to the coating surface of the fabric from the synchro-engraved cylinder (intaglio roll), thereby maximizing unevenness, dryness, and abrasion-resistance of the coated surface. Vapor-permeable waterproof fabric manufactured by the method according to the present invention is light and has a low volume since it does not require a lining, and is therefore suitable for general casual wear, sportswear, and waterproof and windproof packable clothing.
