Die Erfindung schafft ein mikromechanisches Bauelement mit Schrägstruktur und ein entsprechendes Herstellungsverfahren. Das Bauelement umfasst ein Substrat (1) mit einer Oberfläche (O); einen ersten Anker (3e; 3e'), welcher auf der Oberfläche (O) des Substrats (1) vorgesehen ist und welcher sich vom Substrat (1) weg erstreckt; und mindestens einen an einer Seitenfläche (S1, S2; S1'; S1'') des Ankers (3e; 3e') vorgesehenen Ausleger (3c, 3d; 3c; 3c'), welcher schräg vom Anker (3e; 3e') weggerichtet ist.

The invention relates to a micromechanical component having a slanted structure and to a corresponding production method.
