The present solution relates to providing an IP service to a user terminal (UE 1, UE2). A first buddy list is obtained, including information on user terminals registered as a buddy of a first user terminal (UE1 ) for a first IP service (X, Y). Also a second buddy list is obtained, including information on user terminals registered as a buddy of the second user terminal (UE2) for the first IP service (X, Y). If the first and second user terminals (UE1, UE2) are registered in a second IP service (TS)1 and if the first buddy list includes information on the second user terminal (UE2) and vice versa, information on the second user terminal (UE2) registered is provided to the first user terminal (UE1), and information on the first user terminal (UE1) is provided to the second user terminal (UE2).
