A system (100), method and computer program product for automated delivery of a fluid or gas. The invention includes a motor drive (142) system connected to a rotary valve (138) having a plurality of inlet ports and outlet ports (146). A plurality of vessels (120) containing fluids and/or gases are fluidly interconnected to the inlet ports of the rotary valve. Distribution valves (128) are provided which control the flow of fluids and/or gases form each of the vessels (120) to the inlet ports (146) on the rotary valve (138). A processor controls the distribution valves (128) to allow or restrict the flow of fluids and/or gases to the inlet ports and controls movement and positioning of the motor (142), thereby controlling rotation of the rotary valve (138).
