A curtain hanger (1) has a sliding body (2) made of an elastic material which is accomodated, held and guided in an inwardly enlarged, elongated reception slot (7) of a curtain rod hollow rail (8). The sliding body (2) has two holding members (3a, 3b) hooked inside the reception slot (7) of the hollow rail and an adjustment slit (5) open in the reception direction (4; 20) of the reception slot (7) which creates a gap (6) between the holding members (3a, 3b) and allows them to elastically swivel relative to each other.
