Tool for introducing and mixing of soil consolidating or stabilizing agent in the ground in order to create an essentially cylindrical stabilized ground material body, including a rotatable hollow shaft (1) having wing or arm like extensions (2) and ejection openings (4) for ground consolidating agent supplied through the shaft. The new is that a number of set wings are arranged at the shaft in screw thread shaped paths essentially parallel with the intended pitch of the tool having such mutual distance that each wing (2) follows a specific screw thread shaped path and that the wings (2) at at least either the upper or the lower side have at least one pair of obliquely arranged cams or fins (5) essentially parallel with the shaft.
