摘要：
The invention provides a piston cylinder device as a tilting device for a vehicle with a resiliently suspended tiltable cab (3). In the driving position the tilting device (5) is disengaged from the cab (3) and may resiliently move up and down. A tilting movement causes the device to be connected to the cab, said connection being locked by means of a latch hook member (12). The tilting device (5) of the invention distinguishes from the well-known devices of this type in that the latch hook member (12) cooperates with a lever (15), which is actuated by a stationary element to open or close the latch hook member when the piston cylinder device is respectively moving towards or from the retracted position.
