An enclosed compressor includes a compression element configured to compress a working fluid, a casing and a fixing member. The casing has a substantially cylindrical shell plate and houses the compression element. The fixing member is welded to the shell plate. The compression element is fixed to the fixing member, wherein fixing of the compression by at least six fastening bolts.
