The capacitor electrode is composed of first, second, third, and fourth faces. The capacitor electrode is departed by two cut grooves. One cut groove crosses the capacitor electrode obliquely from one side of the first face of the capacitor electrode to the other side of the second face adjacent to the first face. Similarly, the other cut groove crosses the capacitor electrode obliquely from one side of the third face of the capacitor electrode to the other side of the fourth face adjacent to the third face.
