若將第1旁通管路22及第2旁通管路23遮斷,則靠壓縮機1驅動之一般冷暖氣用管路18及靠冷媒氣體泵13驅動之放冷‧放熱用管路21即成為各自獨立之管路構成,可介由第1利用側熱交換器4a及第2利用側熱交換器4b施行冷氣運轉或暖氣運轉。因此,雙方之管路之冷媒或冷凍機油乃不致偏於一邊之管路。在對蓄熱槽8之蓄冷運轉時或蓄熱運轉時,兩旁通管路22、23被開放,一般冷暖氣用管路18與放冷‧放熱用管路21連通,來自一般冷暖氣用管路18之冷媒被引至蓄熱槽8,對蓄熱媒體7施行蓄冷或蓄熱。

The characteristics of the air conditioner are that by means of the coolness and heat discharge pipes used for the heat energy transfer for heat-storage reservoir during heat and coolness storage, the above general cold and hot air pipes, or any one of the coolness and heat discharge pipes and the general cold and hot air pipes, the operations for general hot and cold air pipe and coolness and heat discharge pipe can be run independently. In addition, during the coolness storage or heat storage operation the coolness and heat storage are carried out with coolness and heat storage mechanism.
