The present invention aims to provide a solder that does not inhibit wettability of solder alloys while suppressing the surface adhesion of solder residues, and voids are suppressed as well. The solder according to this invention contains organic acid, thermosetting resin, curing agent, and solvent, and more particularly, the solder contains 5 mass % or more and 15 mass % or less of organic acid, and 3 mass % or more and 8 mass % or less of resin. The curing agent is 1 mass % or more and 5 mass % or less without exceeding the resin addition amount range and the remainder is solvent. The organic acid may be composed of dimer acid or dimer acid and organic acid having 12 or less carbon atoms.
