The present invention relates to a cascade module of an organic thin-film solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same. The structure comprises a transparent conductive layer composed of a plurality of conductive blocks, an active layer having notches on the periphery, and a metal layer composed of a plurality of metal blocks. The active layer according to the present invention is a complete film and exposes a portion of the transparent conductive layer through the notches opened on the periphery, such that the metal blocks can contact the conductive blocks of an adjacent organic thin-film solar cell via the exposure areas in order to connect the organic solar cells in series. The present invention can improve the power generating efficiency of an organic thin-film solar cell module in a limited space, which is beneficial to the development and promotion of organic thin-film solar cells in the future.
