The present invention relates to a digital communication device which includes a processor, a voice input and output, a first control unit, a second control unit, a high-frequency transformer and an interface unit. The voice input and output is connected to the processor. The interface unit is used to transmit two digital band signals. The processor is used to transform between a voice signal and two digital baseband signals. The first control unit and the high-frequency transformer cooperate together to modulate the two digital baseband signals output from the processor to the two digital band signals, which is transmitted to an external transmission channel. The high-frequency transformer and the second control unit cooperate together to demodulate the two digital band signals which is input from the external transmission channel to the two digital baseband signals, which is transmitted to the processor.
